This conference is for forensic and investigative professionals. Only credentialed law
enforcement, crime lab personnel, or approved exhibitors may attend. The Illinois Division IAI
reserves the right to remove individuals who do not meet this requriement.
Exhibitor Registration Details:
Vendor Registration Fee: $500.00. The space is limited to 15 Exhibitors. Booths will be assigned as registrations are received. Please register by April 13, 2026.
Your registration fee includes: Registration for one person; continental breakfast, snacks, and lunch every day; booth; a business card size advertisement in the conference program, website, as well as all email and newsletter communications.
The registration fee for each additional person is $150. This fee includes continental breakfast, snacks, and lunch each day.
Booth Size: 6 ft x 3 ft. skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and electricity. Any other requirements may be arranged for an additional cost.
Additional Information:
Exhibitors wishing to host a workshop will need to notify the IDIAI no later than
March 1st to allow time in scheduling the breakout sessions.
If you wish to provide a door prize, the division would be grateful.
We generally hold a drawing during one of the lunch periods.
Hotel accommodations are available at multiple hotels in the area.
Non-Attending Exhibitor Registration Details:
This is an option for vendors who are unable to participate the conference, but would like to sponsor the conference. The Non-Attending Exhibitor Fee is $150.00.
The business will be advertised on the website and in the conference booklet at the conference. If you would like to send swag bags, additional advertisements to be displayed, and or pamphlets of your own to distribute during the conference you can contact illinoisdivisioniai@gmail.com.
Exhibitor and Sponsor Registration
Please register by Friday, April 13, 2026. Use our online form to pay through our Square store payment service or download a paper registration form to pay by check.
Please submit your company artwork and/or business card sized advertisement by email to the division as directed at the bottom of the paper registration form.
Conference Lodging
There is a room block that we have for attendees who would like to stay at DoubleTree. Refer to this link for additional details. The last day for guests to book their room for the group rate will be April 7, 2026.
